Attention West Frankfort residents!
We have added a "Feedback" button to the front page of the city's website. It will take you directly to a form that you can fill out to provide feedback regarding complaints about city services, including those we contract out, such as animal control and trash service.
We value your input and encourage you to use the online form if you have a complaint. Of course, you can always call or come to City Hall to complete a physical form.
Note that all forms submitted through this online platform go directly to the mayor.
