All vendors, solicitors, food trucks, and peddlers MUST have a permit for selling in West Frankfort.

The cost is $5 a day for each day you are operating. You must complete a background check, provide copy of your photo id, and fill out the Solicitors Permit Form. When you are cleared we will issue a permit to you to be displayed when out.
